No social media under 13: the Commission's Kids Act arrives today
Ursula von der Leyen has put a number on the age of digital majority. The Kids Act, presented in Strasbourg on Thursday, bars under-13s from social media, keeps 13-to-14-year-olds on supervised accounts, and threatens platforms with fines of up to 6 per cent of global sales.
