A. Who we are

Last updated: 28 September 2026.

EU Insider (euinsider.eu) is published by the European Policy Innovation Council (EPIC), Rue du Chatelain 8, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. By using this site you accept these terms.

B. Using the site

EU Insider is free to read. You may not use the site in a way that damages it, disrupts it for others, or breaks the law, including automated scraping at a scale that affects its performance.

C. Our content

We report and analyse European affairs to a newsroom standard and correct errors when we find them. Articles are information, not legal, financial or investment advice.

Opinion and commentary pieces reflect the views of their authors, not necessarily those of EU Insider or EPIC.

D. Intellectual property

Articles, graphics and branding on this site belong to EPIC or to their authors. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the original article.

Republishing a full article needs our written permission: write to contact@euinsider.eu. Images credited to third parties remain the property of their owners and follow their own licences.

E. Corrections and complaints

If you believe something we published is inaccurate, write to newsroom@euinsider.eu with the article link and the correction. We review every request.

F. Links to other sites

We link to sources and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

G. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent Belgian law allows, EPIC is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

H. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

I. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

J. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
