In his new capacity, Skehan will be leading PepsiCo's public policy initiatives not only within the European Union but also on the global stage. This role expansion signifies PepsiCo's commitment to strengthening its global public policy framework, with Skehan at the helm. He expressed his enthusiasm about continuing to engage with EU policy initiatives and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work alongside his "dream team" - Gloria Gabellini, Elise Demaeght, and Alice De Lutis.
Before joining PepsiCo in 2017, Skehan held the position of Director General at spiritsEUROPE for almost six years. Here, he championed the interests of the spirits sector to the European institutions. His earlier roles also include serving as the Managing Director of Skehan sprl, where he offered consultancy services to various business associations, and key positions at the European Retail Round Table and EUROCHAMBRES.
