With a focus on the forthcoming Council of General Affairs meeting on October 24, the campaign, broadcasted in the EU's 24 official languages, seeks to highlight the importance of linguistic diversity and the celebration of all languages within the EU.
Under the theme 'If all languages are exceptional, let none be an exception in Europe,' the campaign emphasizes the significance of linguistic variety throughout Europe. Comprising 24 individual videos, one for each of the EU's official languages, the campaign invites individuals and institutions to promote and defend their native languages while extending support for the official recognition of Catalan in the EU.
"The Government of Catalonia extends the rights of this campaign to all European citizens, encouraging them to take pride in their languages and the linguistic diversity across Europe," expressed Minister Meritxell Serret during the campaign launch at the Government Delegation to the European Union in Brussels. "Through this initiative, we aim to introduce the other official languages of the European Union to Catalan, which we aspire to be the next official language," Serret further added, underlining the positive and empathetic approach that the campaign seeks to cultivate.

The campaign extends to various public spaces, media outlets, and social networks across all 27 member states of the EU, spanning major European cities such as Brussels, Paris, Rome, Dublin, and Berlin. Additionally, advertisements are scheduled for prominent print media outlets, including Helsingin Sanomat and Hufvudstadsbladet in Finland, Reporter in Cyprus, Svenska Dagbladet and Dagens Nyheter in Sweden, Politiken and Berlingske in Denmark, The Irish Times in Ireland, Wprost in Poland, Vesti in Bulgaria, Lidové Noviny in the Czech Republic, Protothema in Greece, and Expresso and Público in Portugal.
